Welcome to Creative Wellness Art Therapy.
Cara Rosa, MC:AT, DVATI, C.C.C., ATPQ, is a certified art therapist with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in photography, and a Master of Counselling degree with a specialization/Advanced Diploma in art therapy. Cara believes each person has the capacity to become their authentic self and to find meaning through creative expression. She is registered as a member of Psychology Today, and her work was recently published in the Journal of Creativity in Mental Health.
Creative Wellness Art Therapy is currently offering online sessions for clients in British Columbia, Alberta, and Quebec.
